Really, how many times have I made this bag this past year?? It is just so darned easy and cute!! I made this again for another craftster, because I thought it would suit her tastes. I lined it with a simple black/gray patterned cotton, but the outside fabric made me think Asian prints. I loved the crysanthemum pattern on the antique looking red. I added a beaded red tassle, and used a black resin dahlia bead for the button closure.
As part of the package, I also added a steampunk inspired resin pendent. It is heart shaped with a variety of metal gears and charms embedded within. The necklace is a simple ribbon.
