This was a simple and quick project recently. Artons had a supply of cute metal key charms, about 1.5 inches long, that I purchased awhile back. Not too girly, not too simple. I added a bit of bling by wrapping crystals around the top.
Then I used some dyed silk I had to make a necklace, with silver findings. I wrapped the ends of the silk around the top of the key in two places and wrapped silver wire around to secure the ends, and used silver plated findings to finish it with. I love the blue and silver tones together.
