I saw something similar to this on a swap partner's Pinterest account recently and thought I would try to emulate them. I had the feather charms from another project and a rather good supply of black leather right now. I drew the feather shapes onto the leather with fabric pencils and cut them out. Added silver eyelets to the top so I could put jumprings through, and added some cuts to the edges to simulate the texture of feathers a bit.
